Cowboy Days are coming to VIRGINIA CITY!

Howdy Partners, just wanted to pass along the news, VIRGINIA CITY’S SECOND SATURDAY SERIES is back and this year it’s all about the Cowboys.  We bring VIRGINIA CITY to life with real Cowboy action each second Saturday, June thru October.  This month the second Saturday is June 14th.  Step back in time with us as the gunfights unfold, then see & hear the action for yourself as the Cowboys come to town.

The afternoon’s activities include Cowboy music & comedy, Cowboy movies, western costumes, games & contests for the kids, concessions and more ‘ol time fun.  We’re expecting the ‘ol miner to be there as well as Kirby’s Congress of Rough Riders, who will sing & make us laugh.

Come in costume, (that is more than a cowboy hat, please) and get $2 off the $5 admission (13 & up) for the history filled afternoon. We will celebrate Cowboy Heritage at the former Dry Gulch Junction from 1-6pm.

VIRGINIA CITY is 9 miles north of Wytheville, VA on Hwy 52, just 3 miles south of Big Walker Lookout. So long for now buckaroos and hope to see you all there.
